Common Support Topics
- Apple or Google sign-in does not complete.
- A baby profile, profile photo, record, or diary entry is not syncing as expected.
- An invited caregiver cannot open or accept a family sharing link.
- You want to request account deletion or ask about a deletion request status.
- You need help understanding hidden baby profile recovery.
Before Contacting Support
- Check that you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account used before.
- Check your network connection and try reopening the app.
- If a caregiver invite link expired, ask the inviter to create a new link.
- For account deletion, submit the request from Profile settings in the app when possible.
Account Deletion
Account deletion requests are submitted from Profile settings in the app. After submission, the app signs you out and records a pending deletion request for authorized processing.
