Common Support Topics

Before Contacting Support

  1. Check that you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account used before.
  2. Check your network connection and try reopening the app.
  3. If a caregiver invite link expired, ask the inviter to create a new link.
  4. For account deletion, submit the request from Profile settings in the app when possible.

Account Deletion

Account deletion requests are submitted from Profile settings in the app. After submission, the app signs you out and records a pending deletion request for authorized processing.
