Use of the App
BabyNote helps parents and caregivers record and review baby care information. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding who you invite to a shared baby space.

BabyNote is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions or urgent concerns.
Accounts and Sign-In
You may sign in with supported authentication providers such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in provider account and for keeping your device secure.
Family Sharing
When you invite a caregiver, that person may access shared baby records and family diary content. Only invite people you trust and remove access when sharing is no longer appropriate.
Acceptable Use
Do not use BabyNote to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user's data without permission, or interfere with the service.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as needed for maintenance, security, policy compliance, or product changes. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Data and Deletion
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion requests can be submitted from the app settings and are explained on the Account Deletion page.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BabyNote is provided as a record keeping tool without warranties of medical accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
